These ancient, yogic breath meditations from Himalaya are based on Shiva Sutra from Kashmiri Shaivism and represent a powerful tool to gain mastery over the mind and peace of mind. “Being a Master means being Master over your own mind”, explains Shiva Guruji. Through Shiva Dhyan Yoga meditation you find a centering, a mind clarity and the awareness is increased. Master Shiva Guruji has trained Shivani Himalaya (Katrin Suter) from Switzerland in Himalaya and in India to teach Shiva Dhyan Yoga and share this meditation method especially in Switzerland as well as in Paris. After an intense training with Shivani, Shiva Guruji as for the first time initiated Shiva Dhyan Yoga meditation at Mount Matterhorn in Switzerland and thereafter founded a Shiva Dhyan Yoga Center in Switzerland and in Paris. Throughout the past five years, Shiva Guruji and Shivani could share Shiva Dhyan Yoga meditation with more than 3000 individuals.
